Should there be a Capital Punishment/DEATH PENALTY?

The use of capital punishment, frequently known as the death penalty, is highly controversial. There have some organizations want to annul the death penalty. They used two kind arguments which are Philosophical arguments and Practical arguments to support their discussion.

Ten links about the arguments and Death penalty:

The author listed both sides of the arguments of the capital punishment and found some history events to prove them. He/ She didn’t write the article by sentimental.

This article gave many data which can point to the death penalty being a strong deterrent. Many supporters (who support the Capital Punishment Debate) use “the deterrent of the Capital punishment is useless, the rates of crime has still increase” to prove their arguments. This article is useful for my topic.

This article used reference several events to indicate “Imposition of capital punishment would not cause the violation of human rights. Instead it would protect the wider range of human-rights violations by protecting the lives of many innocents.” It has connected to the Philosophical arguments for Capital punishment debate. The author thought capital punishment is not good, but it definitely needs to exist in some way. Some worst offenders must be killed by Death Penalty.

The name of this article showed the content of this article. The author thought many state governments prefer abolishing death penalty, as incurring this expense could adversely affect other law enforcement measures. Costs associated with capital punishment are immense.

This article shows the Current Capital Punishment Execution. In the article, the author wrote that “Many people who oppose capital punishment believe that, as the judiciary system or the justice system is not free of faults, it creates the chances of execution of an innocent person.” This is an important argument for people who oppose capital punishment. The author though the argument was useless, the capital punishment existed in the society and supposedly it will continue being exist in the near future too.

The author thought the capital punishment need to be abolished. The reason he used was not for human right or cost, he thought a life sentence was more fitting punishment.
