Should there be a Capital Punishment/DEATH PENALTY?
The use of capital punishment, frequently known as the death penalty, is highly controversial. There have some organizations want to annul the death penalty. They used two kind arguments which are Philosophical arguments and Practical arguments to support their discussion.

The author thought capital punishment is not good, but it definitely needs to exist in some way. Some worst offenders must be killed by Death Penalty.
