Conclusion
In now’s society, there are laws to protect
teenagers. Some teenagers use these laws to protect them and do many crimes. The
law is for protecting teenagers’ right, and it becomes an accomplice which helps teenagers to crime. Human right is a good
concept, but everything should have a limit. If murderer’s right to life will destroy
other people’s right to life, death penalty is the worst/ best choice. Capital
punishment is not a good punishment, but sometime it is necessary and conforming.

I do feel that capital punishment protects the public and discourages crime by demonstrating a very clear and severe response to serious crimes. With so many repeat offenders currently in prison, I feel that making capital punishment a viable result may discourage more serious offenders from elevating their criminal activity.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your article, I will say I agree with your view point. There are things that should be done, even if the nature of the action is ugly. And I personally think that for those facing death penalty, defiantly deserves what they are getting for the things they have done.
ReplyDeleteA great topic. It is an interesting choice for you since you come from a country (Taiwan) that has removed itself from China that still enforces the death penalty. I personally am against the death Penality and I recommend a movie called "Into the Abyss" by Werner Herzog. I love how you were acknowledged teenagers exploiting this law and you stood by what you believe. Great job on the blog.
ReplyDeleteInteresting topic with serious issue! I like your point of view that teenage abuse this law to protect them. However, still do not agree with this death penalty because I think other human cannot judge whether that person is right to live or not. Human dignity is most important thing to others and I also think that to live in jail for whole his life is more painful than just kill them. I like your pictures and organization. Good work!!
ReplyDeleteI agree with your statement "Human right is a good concept, but everything should have a limit". Your blog was very persuasive but in my opinion we need STRONGER law change and longer sentencing. By this, I believe it could lower crime rate in our community and capital punishment could be reconsidered.
