Introduction

With the development of the civilization, the cruel actions become out of the society. People have more stress on Human Right. In history, capital punishment was a cruel penalty for every country. In current society, many people think the death penalty is too cruel and not conform to human right; governments should be abolishing the capital punishment. Actually, there have many countries start stopping execution and remove death penalty. Of cause, there have Abolitionists is represent there have many people think capital punishment is the necessity of a social policy that would maintain the society to function properly without any problems. The people from different countries have different opinion. In this blog, I will represent “What is capital punishment?”, “Why there have some people think Capital Punishment need to be abolished?”, “Is the capital punishment debate conform to the human right?”, “Should there be have a capital punishment?” to make people to think about the capital punishment‘s reasonable and necessity. My argument is capital punishment debate is the trend in the future, but in current society the death penalty is necessary for many countries.
